You may be responsible for paying the re-shipping.

Any Fees from Credit Card Companies and PayPal might not be refunded and you would have to contact your card provider for any Fee refund.

Returns, exchanges, refunds or credits may take between 3-14 working days for UK residents, International customers may have to wait between 5-21 working days but we aim to process all request In a prompt fashion.

large/Heavy items are excluded from the free return policy and are subject to extra postage and packaging charges.

For Hygiene reason we are unable to accept returns of products such as gum shields, groin guards ect this does not affect your statutory rights.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the product(s) or evidence that you have returned the goods. If the value of the goods have been diminished by any amount as a result of handling the goods beyond what is necessary, then the amount may be deducted from a refund. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned or cancelled products(s) and any product(s) with manufacturing faults will be refunded or exchanged. Items that need to be returned please email us for assistance first so we can take the necessary action needed. On all returning items we will contact our suppliers/ manufacturers first to see what action we can take.
